Two Bedroom Villa with Private Heated Pool

The villa is in the residential area of Montana Roja approximately 4 kilometres outside the old fishing port of Playa Blanca and only a short walk from the seafront Amenities.

From here you can walk along the promenade to the flamingo beach which takes approx 15 or 5 minutes by car. It is a beautiful and child friendly beach with shops, restaurants and bars.

The old fishing port of Playa Blancais a further 30 minute walk along the promenade where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. From Casa Jessica the old port of Playa Blanca is approx 5 minutes by car.

The Interior

The villa has a comfortable living room and dining area with patio doors leading out to the terrace. It also has a fully equipped kitchen along with laundry area. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has twin beds and separate shower room. Also available is a folding bed for an additional person.
