The villa is in the residential area of Montana Roja approximately 4 kilometres outside the old fishing port of Playa Blanca and only a short walk from the seafront.

The closest beach is just a few minutes walk in front of the Hotel Calimera.
From here you can walk along the promenade to the flamingo beach which takes approx 15mins or 5 mins by car. It is a beautiful and child friendly beach with shops,restaurants and bars. The old fishing port of Playa Blancais a further 30min walk along the promenade where you will find plenty of shops,restaurants and bars, from casa jessica the old port of Playa Blanca is approx 5mins by car.

Interior
The villa has a comfortable living room and dining area with patio doors leading out to the terrace.
It has a fully equippedkitchen along with laundry area.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has twin beds and separate shower room, also available is a folding bed for an additional person.
